Music, lyrics, and Live 6

Well, I used Live 6 quite a bit this weekend trying out different stuff. I kinda got carried away experimenting with different sounds. Some of those sounds were way WAY off in left field kinda like Radiohead during the Kid A/Amnesiac era. It's definitely fun to just be creative and let my mind and ears wander a bit at some of the sounds that I was making.

So, I was tinkering with some sampling and putting different synths and beats in to see what I would get. I pulled up some lyrics to see if it would work. Unfortunately, what I played was too perky or happy go lucky to match the lyrics. It was kinda weird singing these lyrics that was rather depressing to some la-la-la-la-la music. Hehehe. Anyhoo, I'm just practicing anyways on how to use Live 6. =)
